This Reseller License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as March 7, 2003 ("Effective Date") between Frisk Software International ("Frisk"), an Icelandic Corporation, and John Webber ("Reseller"), a Sole Proprietorship in Alberta, Canada, operating as Webb-Secure.

RECITALS

A. Frisk is the developer and owner of the F-Prot Antivirus software program, trademarks, and all derivative products and/or material thereof, and

B. Reseller desires to acquire a license to resell and distribute the F-Prot Antivirus products pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1.    Definitions:

1.1  "Software": shall  mean Frisk´s software program known as
F-Prot Antivirus, including all updates, the source code and all data and resources included therein.

1.2  "License" means the license to resell and distribute the software as defined in section 2.1.

2. Grant of Rights:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Frisk hereby grants to Reseller an exclusive, non-transferable license to resell other Software products or services solely to end-user customers etc etc. . . . . . .
