What should you do if you get a virus?

You should call me, of course. You can catch me on my cell phone at 318-9478, but try me at my office first at 347-1251. I really like to get at the virus (or any other Malware) before anything is changed in your Registry or elsewhere on your computer.

However, I know you are anxious to get started on some type of remedial action on your own and the safest action you can take, is to conduct an Online virus scan of your PC. There are a few sites where you can do this. Follow any or all of the links below, (listed in no specific order) read the instructions provided and any other information you may find and scan your PC.

DO NOT RUSH into this. Take your time and READ the instructions CAREFULLY. Also, no matter what the results of the scan are, ask yourself:

1) How did this MALWARE get onto my PC?

2) How do I prevent future MALWARE from getting onto my PC? and

3) WHO YA GONNA CALL?
